Dr. Sunil Kutty embarked on his medical journey in 1994, commencing his undergraduate medical education at BYL Nair Hospital (TNMC), Mumbai. Following this, he pursued his masters in general surgery at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, laying a strong foundation for his specialization in neurosurgery.

His pursuit of excellence led him to undertake Neurosurgical Training at Seth Vadilal Sarabhai Hospital in Ahmedabad. Dr. Kutty further honed his skills through a prestigious Fellowship in Micro Neurosurgery & Endoscopic Neurosurgery supported by the World Federation of Neurosurgery, conducted in Japan.

Dr. Sunil Kutty’s professional interests lie in the surgical management of Brain Tumors, cerebrovascular pathology, and spinal disorders. He is proficient in employing both Microscopic and Minimally Invasive Endoscopic approaches, ensuring comprehensive care for his patients.

Having served as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at renowned institutions such as Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Group of Hospitals, Sushrusha Hospital, and Sahyadri Hospital until February 2024, Dr. Kutty now assumes the role of Director at New Era Hospital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. As the head of the Neurosurgery department, he continues to lead with dedication and innovation, providing advanced treatment options and compassionate care to his patients.
